Touch screen

Virtual House Simulator is equipped with 42” touch screen, so you can work with the simulator just by touch.

360º Rotation

You can rotate the house in different directions just by touch. In order to do that you need to run your hand over the screen.

Walking about the house using joystick
|

You can also walk about the court yard and even enter the house! In order to do that you simply need to switch into the “Walk mode” and use the joystick. You can look around by steering the joystick to different sides. In order to go forward or backward, you need to press buttons on the joystick.

Exterior house finishing

Changing of the exterior house finishing is carried out by just one touch. For example, in order to change roof material you need to touch the roof and choose appropriate material for it. Virtual House Simulator allows changing materials of walls, windows, roof, fences and many other things.

Interior design

With simulator’s help you can change interior design of the house. In Virtual House Simulator it is possible to change materials of walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, and many other things. To do that you need to touch an element (e.g. a wall) and select a color from the material library.

Floor plans review in 3D

You can view flour plans in three-dimensional space. To do that you just need to select the floor you need in the menu of simulator. |
Peculiarities of software part of the simulator
- Due to the specificity in software used by the simulator, new 3D-models can be added only by Applet3D specialists.
- Applet3D specialists can insert your existing 3D-models of houses as well. We accept models containing less than 20,000 polygons only.
- Also we can add textures of finishing materials. For this service we require photographs of quality no lower than 5 Megapixels.
