These Terms of Service and any separate agreements relating to the Services we provide shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the State of Philadelphia, USA.

Part 18. Additional information
Deliverables
We provide our typical deliverables at *.jpeg for still images, *tiff,* png 3000×2400 px resolution, 300 dpi. We also provide results at *.mp4 for animation.
Payment structure
70% of the total fee is carried out as an upfront retainer. 30% paid before final high-res renderings.
If the quote was issued a month or more time ago, the price may change.
Revisions
We provide our clients with two rounds of revisions for free. The concept of the Round of edits includes 30% of the previous scope of work.
If you have not used these two rounds of revisions, the balance must be paid in any case.
Termination
If any cost agreed in advance and owed to us for our services by the due date is not paid, we may immediately terminate the service agreement. We may also terminate this agreement forthwith if any payments are not made following our Terms and Conditions, or not previously agreed upon by the parties to the agreement.
This agreement may be terminated if you violate any of the terms mentioned here.
