Incredible 3D Flythrough over Langley Hill Residence

Intro

3D flythrough of the “Langley Hill” was made for Joseph Paul. This project is a 3D flythrough animation of a Yaghmai Residence, designed with a perfect sense of style and human preferences, located in McLean, VA. The video shows the house from straight and top, and front and rear.

It gives the impression of a real bird’s eye view of the building, that you can look at it from different angles. A great example of professional animation!

Solution

We start any project with a discussion of details with the client. He provides us with the necessary information, indicates his vision of certain details that we take into account in the process. We also make any changes at his request before the end of the project. Accordingly, to create this video, the client provided us with the following detailed Landscape plan and Exterior Elevations plan.

The Landscape plan in color shows the planting layout and locations of the pool, spa, driveways, etc., with special notes in the end. Exterior Elevations plans show the house from 2 sides, with indications about some railing details. You can learn more about our work on exterior renderings.

Exterior and Surroundings

So, let’s go to explore the amazing 3D exterior design of this construction. Following the camera view, you can see light wall decoration in combination with a dark roof ridge. The chimney is also made in a light color, and in contrast to it, there are black frames on huge windows and black tile on the brown wood door, which perfectly complement the general appearance of the house and emphasize its modern style. Besides, on the front, there are Rolls Royce sedan, SUV, and convertible in the driveway. You can even see butterflies flying past.

Move on to the backyard, where is presented a patio on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor, tables and chairs, and sunbeds of different shapes and sizes for a comfortable rest. Also, there are such details as fire flames, and waterfall, that do the video extremely realistic.

Landscaping 

Thanks to this 3D aerial view, you can see a green lawn, many young trees, and shrubs of different shapes and colors around the residence. The green fence around the house and numerous nozzles make it even more attractive. Such photorealistic 3D rendering is made exactly according to the wishes of the customer in his Landscape plan, which you can find above.
