In the first rendering, we can see house number 33A, made in a modern style with a gravel driveway. A well-groomed green lawn stretches in front of it. Both on it and throughout the territory, you can see a huge variety of vegetation – from colorful bushes to ornamental trees. Contemplating this picture, you involuntarily feel a sense of aesthetic pleasure from which you do not want to be distracted.
The first thing that catches your eye when looking at the exterior design of the house is an interesting combination of materials in the decoration: in some places, the cream-colored plaster on the walls is complemented by a reclaimed wood-gray accent with a green undertone. You can also notice that the siding of the house also differs in some places: the vertical wooden one is replaced by tile.
A special feature of the house is an unlimited number of windows of different sizes, as well as glass doors. This solution is designed to let a lot of natural sunlight into the house during the day, and in the evening to open up wonderful views and radiate home warmth and comfort. Looking behind the central trees, you will see a cozy terrace with comfortable furniture (the same as by the pool) and a barbecue area. Whatever you do – swimming in the pool, cooking, sitting with friends or walking around the grounds alone – you will definitely have a pleasant and unforgettable time.
Casiti, a small house conveniently located near the pool, is designed in the same style as the main house. Our artists have created an additional rendering so that you can better see all the features of this architectural find. In addition, you can now better appreciate all the exterior design elements of the entire house down to the smallest detail. Our artists preferred realism by repeating elements such as the pool furniture. The detailing of the plants and pool tiles, the interior visible through the windows, the grass and every branch of the tree – all this creates a sense of presence, as if you were standing there and contemplating all this beauty. Just like the exterior, the interior of this house impresses with its beauty and sophistication. Just like the exterior, the design organically combines light and dark colors. There are no “screaming” elements or colors, everything is restrained and tasteful.
Living Room, Dining and Kitchen 3D Rendering
Entering from the backyard, you find yourself in the living room, which smoothly turns into the dining room and combines with the kitchen. From the angle shown in the first rendering, it is very easy to see almost all the design features. The room is very large and spacious. In its center is a rather large coffee table made of dark wood, above it is the Acadia large chandelier. Two large sofas around it are made of light soft material, while the armchairs on the right side are made of dark beige leather. Light walls contrast perfectly with dark laminate flooring and dark wood columns and beams. All the plumbing fixtures are made of brizo rook material and shine with a luxurious ash. Each element of the decor is an integral part of the whole design. This place will not leave anyone indifferent.
The second render shows us the view of the living room from the opposite angle. This way you can imagine yourself as the owner of the house, standing behind the marble countertop at the sink. We can see a fireplace framed with a beige stone texture, to the left of which we can see the exit to another room, and to the right is a designer glass sideboard in a black frame. From here, you can better see every element of the decor, such as the incredibly beautiful and elegant Allen large chandeliers above the tabletop, and the majestic chandelier above the table by the fireplace. By the way, the detail of the space is simply amazing – each element was carefully worked out by our artists to give the space maximum realism.
An interesting design element is the massive dark wood columns and beams located on the ceiling and in the aisles.
Master Bedroom 3D Rendering
Next, we will take you to the master bedroom. This cozy, light-filled room is characterized by a combination of light, light-colored walls and dark wood furniture and fittings. In the center of the room there is a soft bed – both minimalist and sophisticated. A secret place of peace and relaxation for everyone is the bathroom, which is revealed to us from two opposite angles. It is hard to find a brighter and more enchanting bathroom. In its center is a dark beige stone bathtub. The faucet and shower head, like all the details of the Santas in the house, gleam with luxurious gold. Above it, you can see a chandelier – just as exquisite and beautiful as in the other rooms. The floor in the room is lined with figured tiles of nutmeg color.
This part of the bathroom is divided into two parts – one is fenced off by glass, the other is a shower cabin, the design of which is radically different, but does not create dissonance – everything is very harmoniously combined with each other. The walls of the shower cabin are covered with alabaster, the floor is moonbeam.

For the convenience of the owners and guests, two identical walnut cabinets in mocha color without tinting with a beaded surface are located on both sides of the white doors.
