Solution

We start any project with a discussion with the client. He provides us with the necessary information-, and indicates his vision of certain details that we take into account in the process. We also make any changes at his request before the end of the project. Accordingly, to create these photorealistic renders of the Goldblum, the client provided us with the following proposed Driveway and Front Elevation plans.

The Driveway plan shows the whole area of the property, indicating where the Formal parking area and Family parking area should be located, and appropriate landscaping. You also can see a detailed Front Elevation plan and compare it with the final result.

Eye-level view 

The ability to see all the details of the exterior design at eye level creates the impression that you are right in front of the Residence. The first feature that we can consider on the exterior decor is glass and the front door with limestone surround. The same we can see on top of chimneys. White walls and tinted windows with black frames greatly match each other. Flashlights are a great addition not only to the building but also around the perimeter. Even such details as gutters and downspouts colored in brown, create and maintain an attractive appearance of the house.

Thanks to photorealistic renders, we can also see a larger area of the house from a bird’s eye view. So excited! For example, another feature that we can consider on the building is an unusually large number of chimneys. Now we can also see the family parking is shown in the Driveway plan and the garage doors with mahogany. Flashlights are a great addition not only to the building but also around the perimeter. Besides, the whole area of the house is surrounded by a variety of mature vegetation.
