The unusual shape of Locke Lane

3D rendering of the “Locke Lane Residential” was made for Hailey Studio. This project is an exterior design of a Single-Family house in modern style located in Austin, TX. The main house feature is its shape, which resembles a 3D puzzle. It is a high-end design that is created to appeal to the most discerning clientele. 

Surrounding and Landscaping

The house is located on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. Locke Lane is ideal for family walks as it is close to Barton Forest and Barton Creek River. In addition, the South Austin Neighborhood Park and Tennis Center near it are great places for activities. How exterior renders show, the house is surrounded by a flowerbed with different types of plants and a grass green lawn, which can be perfect for a picnic or barbecue place. Locke Lane will be a space for people to gather and enjoy nature.

This building includes the main house and the Guest House. Our interior 3D renders show all the details and necessities of this modern home. The first floor of the main house has a large combined living room with a kitchen and dining room and a master bedroom. The large carport and bathroom are also included on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful terrace. Two-storey Guest House includes a garage, combined kitchen with living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the latest technology and appliances.

House finishes

3D house rendering fully conveys how the exterior four colors perfectly match each other. Exterior walls include 4 different sidings: mixed white stucco, brown wood, black metal, and gray painted wood sidings. It helps to emphasize the variety of building shapes. Windows with black frames and tinted glass perfectly fit into the colors of the exterior walls. All windows are big and double-glazed to provide a lot of natural light and privacy for the home.
