Solution

According to the models, drawings, materials, and views provided to us by the customer, the team started working on the project. The project manager maintained constant communication with the client, agreeing with him on all the details of the project. Exterior

Let’s look at the exterior design. At first glance, the interesting shape and texture of the building attract attention. The house on the left combines white and dark red brick, and the right one has a large brick pattern above. The general façade has a dark granite base and color, simple panel details. 

The building is decorated with a cut metal panel overlay façade and a lot of light sconces. You can also consider the wood underside of the canopy above the metal screen-dark door. Interior 

The scale of the project was to develop detailed photorealistic 3D renders not only for the exterior but also for the 4 main premises of the interior. Each of them has its own characteristics, and it was important to take into account all the wishes and visions of the client.

Coffee shop

All three rooms have similar lamps and dark wood beams on the ceiling. Large windows let in a lot of natural light, which creates a rather cozy atmosphere. The furniture combines light and dark colors. A distinctive feature of the premises can be called a different floor finish: rug in the Dining room, tile in the Coffee shop, and marble for a Wine shop. 

Dining room

A feature of the Dining room is a large tree in the center with lamps of a special shape on it. The design of the Coffee shop is somewhat reminiscent of a loft, with its brick wall behind the bar and comfortable new furniture made of different materials and textures. Finally, the modern style of Wine shop complements chandeliers made in the style of antiquity.

Wine shop

Each rendering is so realistic that it gives the impression of a freshly taken photo. Even details such as glare on surfaces and people and cars outside the window are taken into account. Read more about our Interior Rendering services.

Conclusion
