3D rendering of the 'ShirleyAve' was made for West Life Realty. This project is a 3D exterior design of a Townhomes development in modern style located in El Monte, CA. The construction is at the intersection of Valley Boulevard and Shirley Avenue, just south of the San Gabriel Valley Fairgrounds.This is the first time that a newTownhouse development has been built in the Valley.
About style
Townhouse development is a new type of residential development that incorporates all of these elements into one project.It offers residents many benefits, including access to the outdoors through landscaped gardens and green space, as well as extensive parking spaces and increased density.The project design and residence rendering were inspired by the classic townhome concept, but with a modern twist.
House finishes
As the exterior rendering shows, the building has very white painted walls with wood siding.These wood panels are used to create a natural look for the building.Black windows frames perfectly complement the whole design.There is a lot of natural light inside every house because of large glazed windows, that allow you to enjoy the warm California sun.The glass railing is installed on the balcony and terrace to provide safety and beauty.It is also covered with a metallic finish.Through the exterior renders, you can see on your own all these tiniest details of the house finishes.
Landscaping and site plan
As you can see in the pictures, outside there is a place for outdoor activities, a barbecue place, benches for rest, and a place where you can put personal sofas.The house has a lot of space for the kids to play in, and the yard is always full of fresh flowers and plants.There are lots of trees on the property, so you can enjoy the view and family time there.3D site plan showcases amazing courtyard with grill zone, custom landscaping design, palms, roof deck.ShirleyAve is great for a small family, which wants to live here for a long time.

The project consists of twelve residential buildings, each with its own 3 storeys with a lot of open spaces, balcony, beautiful terrace, and 2 cars garage.Eachof the 12 constructions is designed to look and feel like a unique piece of modern architecture.ShirleyAve's rendering did with great quality, and the townhouse builds to the highest standards of safety.
Location and Surrounding
This townhouse is located near UniversalAirAcademy and SanGabrielAirport.Also, there are an elementary school, fast food restaurants, movie theaters, a few shops.It is very close to Whitter park, and there are plenty of things to doin and around the area,for example,BMX, golf course, shooting sports park and few lakes near.So,this is the perfect place both for someone who wants to stay in a calm area and one who strives for an active life.
