The Burns Bros. Washington, DC Interior Design Rendering
Burns Bros. Washington, DC project is an interior design rendering of the 2-level space (commercial lounge). Both lobbies are quite different, but they harmoniously complement each other and embody the overall atmosphere. To help you immerse yourself in this unique place, we decided to tell you about each space separately. Check out the following renders and share in the comments which one you like the most or what is your overall impression of this project.
The Burns Bros. Washington, DC Interior Design Rendering of the 4th Floor
The main lounge area is located on the 4th floor. The background of the room is decorated in light colors with different design solutions – textured white travertine plaster prevails throughout the space, but the wall in the window area is made of white brick, and opposite the sofa, there are white wall panels. Emphasizing the light appearance of the room, all the window frames and beams on the ceiling are decorated in nude. The light floor is made of oak oiled with walnut, and the white ceiling is decorated with terracotta tiles.
The whole room is aimed at providing a relaxed working atmosphere, and at the same time becoming a space in which it is pleasant to relax and enjoy the moment. That is why the room is filled with decorative elements made of warm and relaxed materials that harmoniously complement the space. One of these design solutions is a yellow sofa in the main lounge area, which hospitably invites everyone to sit down and relax. Next to it is a comfortable coffee table, a nice soft rug,ю and a white armchair for the interlocutor. A minimalist mirror and a lamp in a black frame are perfectly placed on both sides. Placed here more for decoration than for necessity, they nevertheless look very aesthetically pleasing and are necessary to create a feeling of complete comfort.
The next rendering shows us the kitchen area and the main co-working and collaboration area. The two olive corduroy sofas that stand out the most here are conveniently located near the windows. It is interesting that the room seems to be divided into three parts. Still, they all complement each other so harmoniously, creating a single attractive space that does not cause any contradictions.
Opposite the corduroy sofa is an exquisite table made of white and black granite, surrounded by high bar stools, also made of white and black materials. The room’s centerpiece is the plasma TV, next to which there are comfortable armchairs for watching football in the evening or holding a video conference.
And behind on the left, a bar counter made of white granite backsplash and the bottom of which is lined with rust-colored ceramic tiles attracts guests. Comfortable bar stools – the same as in the TV area – invite visitors to sit down, drink a delicious cocktail, have a chat with the bartender, and fully enjoy the surrounding atmosphere.
This part of the room is widely covered with various vegetation. The room is lit with plenty of natural light coming in through the windows, backsplash lighting above the bar, and round lamps in the center and above the TV area that emit a pleasant, light light. And, of course, the minimalist black and white paintings along the right wall are not to be missed and evoke a sense of perfection.
The Burns Bros. Washington, DC Interior Design Rendering of the 5th Floor
On the 5th floor, we encounter an interior that is both so different and so similar to the previous one. This place is designed to inspire productive work and combine productive working days with comfortable relaxation. It is an additional lounge and coworking space.
Unlike the previous one, this space is dominated by darker colors. The first rendering shows us a combination of white and beige and various shades of brown. The main attribute of the space is beautiful, soft sofas and armchairs made of white and brown corduroy. Small coffee tables of various types are conveniently placed between them, with minimalist decorative items on them. Unlike the room on the 4th floor, the lamps here are made of light materials.
The room is characterized by many interesting design solutions. One of them is a large bronze antique mirror on the right at the entrance. Another is a massive TV set surrounded by a white wooden frame and ice lighting that gives light up and down. The same lighting can be seen a little further in the closet.
As in the previous room, the entire background of the room is a combination of different materials. In this case, the accent brick wall on the left is combined with a coating of white travertine textured plaster. On the opposite side, the wall is covered with oak panels painted in dark beige.
An interesting design solution is the gray and white lines that are delineated in some places on the white-painted oak floor. Another unique design element that immediately catches the eye is the curved ceiling, one part of which is covered with the same white travertine textured plaster as the walls and a built-in lighting system with special cutouts; while the other part, smaller in size, has a coating of terracotta ceiling blocks.
Once here, you can go a little further into the kitchen area, make yourself a cup of tea or coffee and sit at the incredibly beautiful worktop made of unsurpassed expressive granite. The worktop is made of the same material. Above it you can see the white matt lacquer kitchen cabinets.
Finally, our last photorealistic interior rendering will take you to a cozy corner of this lounge. Maintaining the overall atmosphere of the floor design, this room is made in the same colors and using the same objects as the previous one.
The centerpiece of the room is a huge plasma TV surrounded by a white wooden frame and ice lighting. It is located on an accent brick wall, which adds a lot of contrast to the interior. For a comfortable stay, guests can sit opposite on comfortable plush armchairs and a sofa.
The room is divided into two parts, delimited by a large wall made of oak slats painted in dark beige. Behind it, you can see a granite kitchen island, which smoothly flows into a comfortable bar, surrounded by soft high chairs. The apron of the island is framed by ice lighting, as well as the shelves on the cabinet. A minimalist lamp above the island serves as the main source of lighting in the room.
You will agree that every design element in this fantastic room is unique: from unusual chairs and tables to the curly ceiling. It all looks just fantastic!
